Mr Mullen received his undergraduate degree in sports science from Alsager University, UK and earned his MBA from Cambridge.

James Hart, Cayenne’s president and CEO, said: “We’re proud to have added John to our senior executive team at Cayenne Medical. He brings us two decades of US and international sports medicine experience and is ideally equipped to drive our strategy of establishing effective arthroscopic repair products within sports surgery.

“We’re confident that his contributions to the team will help us further grow the success of our platform ACL technology, AperFix, while helping us work with our growing physician customer base as we develop and commercialize a full line of sports medicine products.”
