news.Aushon BioSystems, a provider of advanced microarray instrumentation and laboratory services, has appointed Mark Schmeizl as its new vice president of North American sales.

Mr Schmeizl will be responsible for developing and leading the North American sales team, including oversight of sales operations, processes and training.
Mr Schmeizl brings to Aushon more than 15 years of sales and marketing experience, including serving in key senior sales, marketing and management positions at industry leaders PerkinElmer, Cisbio, and Affymetrix.
