news.US Oncology has announced that its CFO, Rick McCook, will resign effective May 2, 2008. Mr McCook joined US Oncology in July 2006.

After Mr McCook’s resignation, Vicki Hitzhusen, chief accounting officer of the company will serve as interim principal financial officer. The company intends to initiate a search for a new CFO.
Bruce Broussard, CEO of US Oncology, said: “During his tenure at US Oncology, Rick played a key role in overseeing our financial operations infrastructure and consummating equity and debt financings for the company.”
