news.Ambulatory Services of America has announced the formation of Rosa of Denton, its fourth joint venture to provide outpatient radiation oncology services. Rosa of Denton is a joint venture between Denton Cancer Center and ASA's subsidiary, Radiation Oncology Services of America.

Rosa of Denton will own and operate a radiation therapy facility in Denton, Texas that was previously owned and operated by Denton Cancer Center.
Rosa of Denton will offer state-of-the-art cancer treatment services, including intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) in the Denton center. The joint venture expects to build on Denton Cancer Center’s legacy of providing high-quality cancer care to the residents of the north Dallas area. Tahir Rana will serve as medical director for Rosa of Denton.
