news.Integra LifeSciences Holdings, a provider of regenerative medicine, has appointed Raymond Murphy to its board of directors, effective April 17, 2009.

Between 2004 and 2008, Mr Murphy was senior vice president and treasurer of Time Warner. Between 2001 and 2004, he was vice president and treasurer of Time Warner.
From 1999 until 2001, Mr Murphy was senior vice president and treasurer of America Online. Between 1993 and 1999, he was senior vice president of finance and treasurer of Marriott International.
Mr Murphy has received a BS from Villanova University and an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
