news.MedSpas of America has updated its worldwide supply agreement with Zymetech from Reykjavick, Iceland, for the use of Penzim as the essential ingredient in the anti-aging line of products for Natural Renu.

Under the trademark of Penzim, Zymetech owns the worldwide patents for an active ingredient called Penzyme derived from enzymes produced by fish, particularly cod in the North Atlantic. This enzyme has been clinically tested for the treatment of pain, inflammation, arthritis, bursitis, eczema, psoriasis, fybromyalgia, acne and other skin conditions, such as itching, dry skin and brown spots.
The supply agreement provides the company worldwide rights to sell Penzim under Natural Renu’s trade name in the health and beauty care market sector.
The term of the agreement is initially four years with automatic renewals of successive periods of two years at a time.
