news.Genesis HealthCare, a provider of long-term care services, has appointed Wendy LaBate as its new senior vice president of operations for the Northeast Area.

In her new position, Ms LaBate will be responsible for providing day-to-day oversight and support to all of Genesis’s regional vice presidents of operations and administrators in six states in order to support center operations, improve efficiencies and promote patient-centered care.
In addition, Ms LaBate represents Genesis and its services to local legislators, regulators and community associations throughout New England.
