Particle Sciences said that it has already used the system to develop an ocular formulation for one of its clients. Early clinical results are very promising but are still embargoed.
Robert Lee, vice president of pharmaceutical development at Particle Sciences, said: “In this application, we were able to achieve substantial improvement over existing products in terms of degree and duration of activity using this newly developed approach.
