Physicians using Mednet System’s emr4MD Electronic Medical Record (EMR) to electronically exchange prescription data via computer or tablet PC will now be able to connect with pharmacies at sites across Massachusetts.
“Communicating through the SureScripts network helps to eliminate handwritten or faxed prescriptions, which will significantly reduce the likelihood of medication errors,” explained Niraj Jetly, CEO of Mednet System.
