Mr Fernandez has 12 years experience in the medical field. He has run three pulmonary rehab clinics in the Houston area and for the past six years has worked in healthcare administration.
Mr Fernandez said: “The position of president of Vanguard Pharmaceutical is an outstanding opportunity to lead a company with a promising future. I look forward to advancing our development in South America and believe my network and connections in Peru and Brazil will be an invaluable asset.”
