news.Atlantis Holding has reached an agreement to merge with Medical Institutional Services, effective January 9, 2008. As a result of this merger, the corporate name has changed to Medical Institutional Services Holdings.

A consolidation of existing shares has taken place and additional shares will be issued as consideration for the merger. As a result of this merger, it is anticipated that the new Medical Institutional Services Holding will have the resources to meet its growth plans for the future in becoming a leading national supplier of medical supplies and services.
The subsidiary companies owned by Atlantis Holding prior to this merger will continue to operate in the future. A reorganization of the subsidiaries is currently being planned with a possible ‘spin-off’ into one or more new entities.
