news.University Health Industries, a Florida corporation engaged in the development, marketing and sale of proprietary, patent-pending nutraceutical products has named Dean Peloso as CEO. Mr Peloso has also been appointed to the company's board of directors.

Prior to becoming University Health Industries’s new CEO, Mr Peloso had previously held the position of vice-president of e-Regulation at The Canadian Depository for Securities, Canada’s national depository and securities trading hub.
Jarret Morrow, president and chief scientific officer of University Health Industries, said: “Dean’s experience as well as regulatory compliance background will give the company both the foundation and guidance necessary to navigate the complexity of today’s public markets. The foundation provided by Mr Peloso will allow the management team to focus on continuing to develop next generation products and grow the company while also giving management the necessary confidence to execute its strategy.”
