news.PerkinElmer Life and Analytical Sciences, a provider of analytical instruments and services for scientific research and clinical applications, has appointed Martina Bielefeld-Sevigny as its new vice president and general manager of drug discovery and research reagents.

In this role, Ms Bielefeld-Sevigny will be responsible for driving expansion of the reagents portfolio for its bio-discovery business. Most recently, Ms Bielefeld-Sevigny, served as director of molecular pharmacology for bio-discovery’s reagents business at PerkinElmer.
Ms Bielefeld-Sevigny has received her PhD from the Institute for Microbiology, Dusseldorf, Germany, and is the author of numerous scientific publications.
