news.SkyePharma has entered into an agreement with Dr Reddy's Laboratories to undertake a feasibility study. The costs of this study, of a product utilizing two of SkyePharma's proprietary drug delivery systems, will be paid for by Dr Reddy's.

SkyePharma will also receive a small upfront payment. If the feasibility study is successful, full development activities will begin later in 2008.
