U-Systems appoints new president and CEO

U-Systems, a provider of breast ultrasound systems, has appointed Ron Ho as its new president and CEO. Mr Ho succeeds Robert Thompson who served as interim president and CEO.

Mr Ho joins U-Systems from Metron Systems, Snoqualmie, Washington, an advanced laser scanning company which provides highly accurate 3D measurement of complex parts for the medical and aerospace industries.

Mr Ho has earned both his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from the University of Washington.

Bob Wang, founder and chairman of U-Systems, said: “Ho is an exceptional addition to U-Systems. With his expertise in leadership and development in the ultrasound industry, we know that he will help shape U-Systems as we continue our progression.”
