news.Infinity Pharmaceuticals, a cancer drug discovery and development company, has promoted Adelene Perkins from the position of executive vice president and chief business officer to president and chief business officer.

In this position, Ms Perkins will continue to have responsibility for all of Infinity’s business functions, including corporate and product strategy, business development, finance, organizational development and human resources, investor and public relations, legal, and facilities and operations.
Ms Perkins joined Infinity in 2002. She came to Infinity from TransForm Pharmaceuticals where she served as vice president of business and corporate development.
