BMP Sunstone names new board member

From 1999 to 2004, Mr Baledge served as executive vice president and general counsel for Tyson Foods, a multinational food company. Prior to that, Mr Baledge was counsel to Kutak Rock.

Mr Baledge has received his JD and BA from the University of Arkansas. Mr Baledge is currently an active private investor.

Additionally, the company re-elected incumbent directors Martyn Greenacre, David Gao, Jack Ferraro, Frank Hollendoner, John Stakes III, Albert Yeung, Zhiqiang Han and Zhijun Tong.
