news.Canadian based Biophage Pharma has announced that Louis Guindon has resigned as CFO of the company effective March 19, 2008.

Mr Guindon intends to keep assisting the company on a consultancy basis. Biophage is presently considering different options for his replacement on an interim basis.
Rosemonde Mandeville, president and CEO of Biophage, said: “The board of directors and management wish to thank Mr Guindon for his excellent approach in rationalizing expenses and strengthening the quality of the company’s accounting practice over the past year.”
