Metabolic Research to spin-off Idzin

Metabolic Research has said that the transition will occur on or before October 18, 2008. The company will retain counsel to guide and facilitate the requisite regulatory processes. At the separation, the shareholders of record are to receive an equal amount of shares in the new trading entity.

David Summers, president of Metabolic Research, said: “This move is designed to maximize our shareholder value and allow the parent and child to each expand their options for growth financing. Idzin will continue to be a central element of our marketing, graphics, and internet activities.”
