Impact Fusion International holds worldwide patented technology on a health and wellness brand called Intact Natural Nutrition and its NutraMastic minerals.
The shareholders of the company have also approved a name change to Impact Fusion International. The new board has approved Peter Versace as president.
Mr Versace said: “This acquisition truly brings to the company a proven brand of patented products with worldwide market appeal.
