Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI) and Radiology Consultants of Washington (RCW) will continue to operate under their respective brands, but together have eight centers throughout the Puget Sound area in the communities of Bellevue, Everett, Federal Way, Kirkland, Lakewood, Mountlake Terrace, Renton and Seattle.
The strengths of both organizations is expected to enhance their joint mission of bringing the highest quality and convenient medical imaging care to physicians and patients throughout the Puget Sound area.
Bob Baumgartner, CEO of CDI, said: “CDI and RCW were separately considering growth strategies in the Puget Sound and surrounding areas. It was therefore natural for us to pursue working together to bring the community the best we both have to offer.”
