news.Pfizer has appointed Elizabeth Barrett as its new regional president of US for its oncology business unit where she will lead sales, field operations, and marketing.

Most recently, Ms Barrett held the position of vice president and general manager of oncology business unit at Cephalon. Ms Barrett’s previous oncology experience also includes managing Johnson & Johnson’s cancer therapeutics business and overseeing its new business development and licensing and acquisitions.
Ms Barrett holds a bachelor of science in business administration from the University of Louisiana in Lafayette, Louisiana and an MBA in marketing from St Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
