ev3 names new senior vice president and CFO

Mr McCormick succeeds Patrick Spangler, who has resigned as senior vice president and CFO, effective January 19, 2009.

Most recently, Mr McCormick served as vice president of corporate development at Medtronic. Mr McCormick has earned his MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and his BS in accounting from Arizona State University.
