Actelion adopts Veeva solutions globally

The solutions include cloud-based Veeva CRM and iRep.

According to the company, the cloud solution will bring many business and operational benefits including faster deployment, better flexibility to enable quick changes, and cost effectiveness.

iRep, designed specifically for the iPad, has a closed loop marketing that seamlessly links customer data with interactive enabling personalised interactions and automatic capture of call activity and physician insight.

Actelion Global Commercial Excellence head Christoph Schmidt said the company needed more responsive tools that would help them gain a better understanding of our customer’s needs.

"Veeva offered industry-specific functionality for all different user groups – from key opinion leader managers to key account execs and field reps – around the world, all integrated within a single solution," Schmidt added.
