Jones has been working with Acura Pharma since April 2008 as the senior vice president and chief operating officer.
Jones succeeds Andy Reddick, who passed away on 28 April 2011.
Prior to Acura, Jones worked as the vice president of Strategic and Business Analysis of Adolor Corporation.
