Skura said that the SFX suite is the most advanced sales/marketing tablet PC detailing software available. It enables pharmaceutical and life sciences companies to detail the right physician, using the right multimedia message, at the right time. The company said that face time with physicians is improved, as are sales force retention levels.
Telmo Silva, general manager, Skura Europe, said: “This deployment is an excellent ‘win-win’ for both Boehringer Ingelheim and Skura. Not only does this partnership further establish Skura’s closed-loop marketing (CLM) presence in the European market, but it also further strengthens an already solid relationship with Boehringer Ingelheim on a global scale.
“Of major importance was Boehringer Ingelheim’s need for a solution that would be easy to use by the sales force. Also, the company’s creative agencies needed a user-friendly platform to integrate their content.”
