Dell will host Aperio’s ePathology Network solution which will provide secure, compliant access to pathology consultations via the cloud.
The companies are also collaborating to develop the repository of characterized digital slide images and cases, which will include the Juan Rosai Collection of Surgical Pathology Seminars.
The eSlide Repository will focus on personalized medicine and enhanced precision and predictability.
Aperio CEO David Schlotterbeck said with Dell’s cloud-based archiving platform, the company can make ePathology Solutions more widely available.
