Exact Sciences, a developer of patient-friendly screening technologies for detection of cancer, has appointed Michael Singer to its board of directors.

Mr Singer is CEO of The BrainScope Company, a privately held neurotechnology company. Mr Singer has held executive level positions at Revolution, where he was instrumental in the recent merger of Revolution Health with Waterfront Media, at Microsoft and at Data Critical, where he was also a member of the board of directors and which was sold to General Electric.
Previously, Mr Singer worked as a mergers and acquisitions investment banker at New York-based Wolfensohn & Co. Mr Singer holds a PhD degree from the London School of Economics.
