The company has appointed Eric Chan, Tongjitang’s financial controller, as the interim CFO and is beginning a search for a new CFO.
Xiaochun Wang, CEO and chairman of the board of directors at Tongjitang, said: “I’d like to thank Mr Shaolan Wang for his dedication and contribution to Tongjitang over the years since the inception of the company and wish him all the best in the future.”
