Greciet will succeed Dominique Costantini, co-foundator and CEO of BioAlliance Pharma.
She is working as the chief operating officer of the company since 1 March 2011.
Greciet has held senior positions in Zeneca, Wyeth and Eisai.
Prior to joining BioAlliance, she managed Eisai France as president for 3 years.
