PharmaPros claims that Dataflow Manager offers the ability to manage clinical trials using the most accurate and up-to-date information available, enabling trial managers to make rapid and better-informed decisions during a trial.
As an initial step, Biogen Idec has deployed Dataflow Manager in its four ongoing Phase III clinical trials for global monitoring and data management.
PharmaPros Technology vice president Nick Neri said the initial implementation with Biogen Idec allowed them to test and prove that Dataflow Manager can scale to large, complex clinical trials with very challenging study management criteria, and that both the cloud computing and SaaS delivery model work for clinical trials of any size.
