Bristol-Myers Squibb selects Cegedim CRM platform

Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (BMS) has selected Cegedim Relationship Management to use Mobile Intelligence as its customer relationship management (CRM) platform in the US.

The contract includes an upgrade of all US sales teams to Mobile Intelligence, as well as a suite of implementation and support services.

Mobile Intelligence allows for cost-effective consolidation of data and the ability to produce reports across business units, eliminating the expensive process of integrating disparate systems, Cegedim said.

Cegedim said that the Mobile Intelligence solution also provides a single technology platform for distribution to multiple user groups.

Cegedim supplies services, technological tools, specialized software, data flow management services and databases. Its offerings are targeted at healthcare industries, life sciences companies, healthcare professionals and insurance companies.
