Exact Sciences names two new board members

Mr Connelly is a partner in the Foley & Lardner law firm, where he has served as founding chairman of its health law practice. Mr Connelly has earned his bachelor’s degree from Marquette University and his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center.

Ms Napier has worked at Procter & Gamble, where from 1979 to 2002, she rose from assistant brand manager to vice president and general manager of the company’s North American pharmaceutical business.

Ms Napier has received her bachelor’s degree in economics and studio fine arts from Georgetown University, and earned a master of business administration degree in marketing and finance from Xavier University.

Ms Napier serves on the board of directors of the Alberto Culver, Catholic Health Care Partners, Xavier University, and the board of visitors of Wake Forest University Calloway School of Business.
