Cell Biosciences, a provider of ultra sensitive protein detection and characterization systems to life science researchers, has appointed Jason Novi as its new CFO.

Prior to joining Cell Biosciences, Mr Novi served as vice president of finance at Nektar Therapeutics.
The company has also appointed Robert Gavin as its new vice president of engineering, and Wilhelm Lachnit as vice president of R&D.
Most recently Mr Gavin served as director of engineering at MDS Analytical Technologies, and Dr Lachnit pioneered the early adoption of automated cell-based assays at Roche and Syntex.
