news.American CareSource Holdings, an ancillary care network services company, has signed a new client service agreement with the health insurance subsidiaries of HealthMarkets, a provider of personalized health insurance plans for individuals, families and the self-employed nationwide.

Under the agreement, American CareSource will make available a complement of ancillary healthcare services to members of HealthMarkets’s subsidiaries through its ancillary care services network of providers.
David Boone, CEO of American CareSource, said: “HealthMarkets represents an important segment of the health insurance market, providing flexible health insurance plans for individuals.
