China Sky One Medical signs distribution agreement with Shaanxi Xintai

China Sky One Medical, a producer of over-the-counter drugs, has signed an agreement with Shaanxi Xintai Pharmaceutical Company to distribute the company’s Asthma Patch product.

Shaanxi Xintai and China Sky One said that they co-operated successfully on the distribution of the company’s Slim Patch products from early 2008.

The Asthma Patch, a newly developed product from China Sky One Medical (CSKI), is intended for the treatment of asthma and bronchitis.

The distribution agreement with Shaanxi Xintai initially runs over three years. CSKI expects it will generate sales of approximately $5 million in the year of 2009, and will increase sales of its Asthma Patch by 50% each year.

China Sky One Medical, a pharmaceutical company, manufactures and sells external TCMs and over-the-counter non-prescription healthcare products.
