The move positions Community Research to offer clinical trials to US sponsors with a combination of safety (the hospital-based clinical research unit) and independence (privately owned and operated CRO).
David Mayleben, co-founder and CEO of Community Research, said: “We are pleased to open this new chapter in our proud 15 year history of serving the drug development community. Our new facility will enable us to provide more and better service to our clients, provide greater safety for our clinical trial subjects, and also make them more comfortable when they participate in these important clinical research efforts.”
Community Research offers Phase 1 Clinical Trial services: BA/BE, PK/PD, SAD, MAD and First-in-Man. It also offers capabilities including sleep laboratory and human performance studies and dental/oral care studies using a full suite of dental equipment.
