Compliance 360 forms new partnership with Integral Healthcare Solutions

Benefits of streamlined communications, increased visibility with real-time data access, and reduced overhead costs

Compliance 360, a provider of enterprise governance, risk management and compliance, or eGRC, solutions for insurance companies, has formed a new partnership with Integral Healthcare Solutions, under which Integral Healthcare will use the Compliance 360 GRC platform to facilitate accreditation and compliance audit consulting projects with its clients.

By leveraging Compliance 360 to manage accreditation and compliance audit projects, Integral Healthcare Solutions’s clients are expected to benefit from streamlined communications, increased visibility with real-time data access, and reduced overhead costs.

Thomas Goddard, CEO of Integral Healthcare Solutions, said: Compliance 360 is the ideal platform for managing accreditation and compliance audit projects with our clients. Because Compliance 360 is provided as an online service, we can initiate projects rapidly and conduct mock surveys without the time-consuming overhead of setting up hardware and installing software. Utilizing the central database, we will selectively share our intellectual property and best practices, based on the relevancy for each client.

Steve McGraw, president and CEO of Compliance 360, said: With the added dimension of the Compliance 360 GRC platform, consulting engagements conducted by Integral Healthcare Solutions can readily expand from finite projects to enable true process transformations with additional, long-lasting value for their clients. In light of the increasing demands for governance and regulatory compliance in the insurance industries, we are very excited about the potential of this new partnership.
