Continucare Expands Service Offerings Through Acquisition of Sleep Diagnostic Centers

Continucare Corporation (Continucare) has expanded its service offerings through the acquisition of Professional Sleep Diagnostics.

Continucare said that the company’s sleep service activities will be conducted through its newly established subsidiary, Seredor Corporation.

Richard Pfenniger, chairman and CEO of Continucare, said: “Sleep medicine is an important and growing discipline. Beyond the attractive growth prospects of sleep diagnostic services, we believe this acquisition is strategically attractive in that it will diversify our revenue, profit and cash flow base.”

The company has also reported the appointment of David Neel as the president of Seredor and will oversee Continucare’s sleep services activities.
