Exactech said that its Optetrak RBK knee has been an important part of the company’s total knee business outside the US, particularly in Europe, where rotating bearing knee designs are popular.
Since 2006, Exactech has sponsored a US investigational device exemption clinical trial for Optetrak RBK, which will support its future submission of a premarket approval application to the FDA, the company added.
