news.Integrated BioPharma, which is primarily engaged in manufacturing, distributing, marketing and sales of vitamins, nutritional supplements and herbal products, has reported the resignation of Jeffrey Leach as the company's CEO and president.

Mr Leach also resigned as a director of Integrated BioPharma, and his director and officer positions with its subsidiaries. Mr Leach will continue to be employed by the company as a special project manager.
On April 7, 2009, the board appointed Gerald Kay to serve as the company’s CEO and president, in addition to his role as the company’s chairman of the board.
