Mr. Smith has nearly 35 years of broad and global experience in the pharmaceutical industry and most recently served as president and CEO of Ino Therapeutics, a specialty pharmaceutical company with strengths in development, marketing, and sales of critical care drugs and drug combinations.
Mr. Smith said: “I am excited to be joining Solstice at this time to work with the management team and the board of directors to help lead and guide our company’s future strategic direction.”
