news.Dotmatics, a provider of scientific informatics solutions, has inaugurated a new facility in Germany to provide business and technical support for pharmaceutical industry's prospective and current customers.

The new operation will be led by Klaus Rafeiner, who has technical experience in software for life science, particularly enterprise software used in biological and chemical research and development.
Dotmatics sales and marketing head Bill Bailey said Rafeiner has deep understanding of the company’s products and key technical differentiators, such as complex data models and web based software.
"Klaus shares our company values including our commitment to excellent customer service and our focus on customer driven products," Bailey added.
Rafeiner said this is a great opportunity to grow the business for R&D software in Central Europe.
"Our local presence in Germany will help us in the quest to become the leading provider of scientific solutions, not just in Germany but across the region," Rafeiner added.
