news.Remedent has signed BriteDent, a German corporation, to act as sole selective distributor in Germany of Glamsmile veneers, a cosmetic dental system that substantially expands the consumer and professional dental market for veneers.

BriteDent agreed to a significant initial deposit upon signing the contract and agreed to another payment by the first of September 2008. BriteDent also committed to a purchase of substantial minimum number of veneer trays annually. In order to maintain its sole selective distributorship, the agreement also calls for incremental yearly Glamsmile veneer tray purchases of a minimum of 15%.
Guy De Vreese, chairman of Remedent, said: “We are continuing our marketing efforts and expect further signed agreements in the near future. As word of our success in signing up distributors spreads we are finding the potential distributor candidates to be more receptive to joining the list of exclusive distributors of our Glamsmile veneers.”
