news.Chem Rx has appointed Gary Jacobs as the company's new CFO. The company also announced the resignation of its interim CFO, Joseph Sinicropi, effective immediately.

Mr Jacobs has over 30 years of experience in accounting, finance and operations. Since May 2005, he has been CFO and COO of Karat Platinum, which supplies and develops jewelry products.
Mr Jacobs is a certified public accountant and holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in accounting from Adelphi University.
