news.Canada-based biopharmaceutical company ProMetic Life Sciences has appointed Bruce Pritchard as its new CFO following the departure of Stephane Archambault.

Over the last two years Mr Prichard served as CFO of ProMetic BioSciences, its UK division and in addition assumed the role of vice president of corporate development at ProMetic in October 2007.
The company has also announced that Ronald Guttmann will be retiring from its board of directors, effective immediately, citing personal business activities.
