news.Elite Pharmaceuticals has entered into an agreement for 2013 with its only supplier of the active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) for Elite's Phentermine product lines.

The Phentermine product lines include phentermine HCl tablets 37.5mg and phentermine HCl capsules 15mg and 30mg.
The purchase orders will allow the company to obtain required amounts of API at a substantially higher price than previously paid, to provide both the phentermine tablet product and yet to be released phentermine capsule products.
The supply limitation, which was revealed by Elite on 15 October 2012, is now resolved for 2013.
