Sagnieres’ chairman and CEO position will be effective from 2 January 2012.
Since 1 January 2010, Hubert Sagnieres has served at Essilor as CEO and chief operating officer (COO).
Since August 2008, he has served as company’s deputy CEO and also worked at Twin City Optical and Optical Supply as president.
He also served as CEO of Essilor of America and since 1998 he has served as president of North America & president of Europe Region.
Since 1996, he has served as president of Omega Group of Laboratories and at Transitions Optical he worked as a director.
He has been a director of Essilor International SA since 14 May 2008.
