Uluru’s CEO resigns

Uluru, a specialty pharmaceutical company, has announced the resignation of Kerry Gray as its CEO. Following his resignation as CEO, Mr Gray will continue to serve as a director of the company.

The company has also appointed Renaat Hooff to assume the position of president and CEO. Mr Hooff was previously the company’s executive vice president of operations.

William Crouse, chairman of the board of directors of Uluru, said: “We thank Kerry for his significant contributions to the company and look forward to his continued involvement as a director of the company.”
