Synergetics USA, a medical device company, has signed a new, three-year agreement with Codman & Shurtleff, an affiliate of Johnson & Johnson.

Under the terms of the new agreement, Codman will continue to market and distribute certain bipolar generators and related disposables and accessories supplied by Synergetics.
Additionally, Synergetics and Codman extended the licensing agreement providing for the continued licensing of Synergetics’s Malis trademark to Codman for use with certain of its products, including those covered by the distribution agreement.
